This dilapidated site in Watertown’s growing Arsenal district has been transformed into an exciting mixed-use development.
The building was designed to fit the size and scale of the neighborhood, and employs a vertical aluminum slat system to create a dynamic façade along the public realm. The streetscape is further enhanced with landscaping and a seating terrace.
The building has an active solar array installed on the roof to achieve a net zero energy efficiency.
