The U-shaped building is designed around an elevated courtyard with flexible seating areas, grill stations, and an artificial turf area for outdoor games and activities. The massing is creatively broken up with two distinctive facade languages with some expanses defined as a panelized siding system that is designed to mimic the reflections of the nearby harbor, and contrasting areas defined as solid color blocks.
