HDS Architecture was the lead architect for this six-acre parcel, located two blocks from Checkpoint Charlie, in close proximity to the former Berlin Wall.

The phased development consisting of 17 buildings surrounding  landscaped courtyards The project includes offices, residential, retail, shops and a hotel.
