The Lofts at Allen Street located along the Blackstone River in Woonsocket, Rhode Island is an adaptive re-use project which transformed two historic mill buildings into 64 condominium residences. Units include a mix of studios, one, two, and three bedroom lofts with high ceilings, exposed brick and new industrial sized windows. Many historic artifacts in the buildings have been retained and placed on display in the common areas.

The Lofts at Allen Street design required Rhode Island Historic Preservation and Heritage Commission approval.
