This 80,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office building includes ground level retail and underground parking.
The nine-story building is located one block from "Checkpoint Charlie" in a district that was once part of East Berlin near the Berlin Wall.
The building was designed with similar energy standards as LEED Silver.
