UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Located on a 26 acre site will be this 9-building, 269 unit residential apartment community. The development is anchored by a re-imagined barn functioning as the community clubhouse with the surrounding buildings taking on a modern farmhouse aesthetic.
Five town home buildings will be constructed along the street to relate to the scale and character of the surrounding neighborhood with three five-story residential buildings toward the rear of the site built around the courtyard and exterior amenity spaces. Each building will relate to each other with creative use of textures and materials to form a cohesive living environment that connects the residents to the natural setting.
The Devon at Weiss Farm will be a LEED Silver development and is scheduled to be completed in late 2025.
